THE PROGRAM OF THE STAY
The evening of your arrival, 1 Yoga Nidra session will be offered to help you fall asleep.

THE PRE-CHECK-UP QUESTIONNAIRE
You will receive a questionnaire of approximately 400 questions to complete before your wellness stay. It will help us pre-determine your state of wellness on each of the poles of your pyramid: structural - metabolic - emotional - energetic.
This will allow us, once there, to provide you with care adapted to your deepest needs.This questionnaire will be followed by a one-hour interview with Dr. Laurent Picard to understand and analyze your wellness profile.

THE FIRST DAY
- 1 complete assessment will be carried out using our innovative and quantum devices:

1 Session/assessment with Dr. Laurent Picard based on applied kinesiology through muscle testing. You will receive an initial treatment immediately.

Your day's program will be split into two parts so that you can participate in the workshops in a more relaxing setting in the morning and afternoon.

YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra or "sleep meditation" is a discipline from Hinduism developed by Samnyâsin, Swami Satayananda Saraswati. It is a powerful meditation technique that relaxes the mind and body.
The term nidrā translated from Sanskrit means "a state of consciousness half asleep, half awake requiring the full use of one's mental faculties"
It is also a technique aimed at improving the quality of sleep. Based on exercises of rotations of the mind in the body, breathing and visualizations, it induces a state of deep relaxation.
Practiced in a lying position, it allows for immediate letting go. It is a quest for “deep relaxation”.
This approach helps to counterbalance daily excitement. Therefore, people who are stressed, tired, suffering from insomnia or more pathological ailments will fully feel the benefits. In ¾ of an hour of yoga nidra you can regenerate your body and recover as during a sleep cycle of about 2 hours.
During the practice of Yoga Nidra, our expert Opale will guide you throughout the meditation process. You will remain present and aware throughout the session, while you change your state of consciousness.

Regular practice of yoga postures, combined with conscious breathing, is very transformative.
It acts on the nervous system, generates emotional balance and reduces stress.

Having experienced various styles of yoga during my 28 years of practice (Iyengar, Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini), as well as Pilates and mindfulness meditation, my teaching is very inclusive.
My invitation is to explore, to question, to discover, and also to listen and trust your intuition.
The core muscles play a very important role in our ability to be centered, stable and grounded. We learn to use them.
How the stiffest muscle in our body - our mind - limits us. By learning to relax the mind and initiate movement from our center, we create freedom in the body.
